With our business sector Glück Auf Studios we aim to meet the growing demand for furnished short-term lettings and will therefore be opening more apartment blocks in Mülheim an der Ruhr and Oberhausen in the near future. Our apartment blocks in Essen and Duisburg are also being expanded so that we will have over 70 studios in our portfolio by the end of 2019 / beginning of 2020. We are already looking forward to the completion of our apartment blocks and to welcoming many new local and international guests.
