Horst Faltus is an executive partner of the Glück Auf Group and responsible for the new areas of business concerned with new-build properties and company development.
Horst Faltus was interested in construction at an early age. Together with his father he planned and built his first house himself. Horst Faltus laid the foundations of his extensive expertise in the entire field of real estate investments with three successfully completed apprenticeships – a commercial apprenticeship, followed by an apprenticeship as craftsman including qualification as master craftsman as well as a vocational apprenticeship as structural engineer specialising in the construction of high rise buildings.
Besides his decades of experience in the real estate sector – both nationally and internationally – Horst Faltus is also professionally active in the renewable energy sector, primarily in Asia. He is also socially engaged as the initiator and partner of a company in Vietnam and Indonesia in the health care sector.
Horst Faltus moved to Essen in 2017. He is happily married, has one son and two delightful grandchildren.
